Event Management


Peak Instore have National events teams who are experts in setting up and breaking down events as per our principal requirements. In 2011, we conducted over 1500 events nationally. We have an extensive live automated booking  system that allows the Client to book an event they require with the relevant POS/Equipment along with the details of the event. We will build a cost estimate on that event and send this back for Client approval. Only once this is done we will execute the event. This allows for transparency on costs upfront and for the client to establish that the ROI for the event is in line with expectations.

   Delivering and building of required POS /Equipment as per Client specification
   Breaking down & returning of POS/Equipment
   POS/Equipment management during event if required (manning the equipment) 
   Refurbishing of equipment 
   Storing Equipment
   Trade Intel and reporting on event
